Long overdue

Wow. It's been a long time since I've been able to post something here. So much has happened!

A good friend painted one of my D&D miniatures and did a fantastic job. The detail he put into this is just freaking amazing! I will definately be posting pics of this once I'm managing to find some time.

If I coulda won the lottery, I would have had a perfect week last week. Monday Aerosmith was putting on a concert in Portland. I wasn't too ambitious to go as it was horribly expensive, well... local radio station was giving away tickets. The guys I work with all came up with a way to figure out the trivia answer and all began calling in. One of us got through and was caller 5, you needed to be 10. I got through, ring, ring, ring, ring... this went on for a bit, then the DJ pops on. Apparently callers 10-13 all missed the question, I had the answer. So... my wife and I ended up heading out to Aerosmith for free with floor tickets. It was a great concert too.

That same day, I also managed to get myself a $1000 check from a Civil Compromise after a hit & run accident I was in. The damage to my vehicle was quite minor, but I still got the check so the guy could plea out the deal he had before.

So... I'll try to be more active posting here, a lot of things happening RL and in EQ and I'd like to chat about it. For now, back to work.
